Ballet Technique [Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5]: Fundamentals of ballet technique and practice, including barre and center floor work

Pointe Technique [Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5]: Fundamentals of pointe technique including barre and center floor work

Men’s Class A ballet class addressing the special technical requirements of the male dancer

Variations Variations from the classical repertoire will be taught to students and perfected in class

Pas de Deux Basic technique of partnering, increasing in degree of difficulty as students progress

Modern Technique Fundamentals of modern technique including floor and center work

Jazz Technique Fundamentals of contemporary jazz technique

Improvisation Improvisation expands the dancer's understanding of her/his own body in space and allows her/him to explore innovative and creative ways of moving and enhancing, thereby improving the quality of dance.

Dancer Wellness Designed to address the physiological, emotional and nutritional needs of a young dancer, the Dancer Wellness program is comprised of classes, facilitated group meetings and screening procedures.

Transitions Part of the Wellness Program designed to help students cope with changes in their lives, including among others, moving away from home and into a boarding situation and stress management.

Exploratory Arts These include such classes as Arts and Humanities, Music for Dancers and Essential Movement and are designed to provide students with a well rounded arts education.
